CONTENTS

Skills Support for the Workforce delivers responsive courses cross the Humber and

Greater Lincolnshire. Since SSW started in 2013 it has worked with Small to medi-um business in the region to meet specific economic needs through vocational and be-spoke courses.

Currently, HCUK Training works with 21 partners across four counties, each offering a range of courses which allow employees to receive special-ist and vital training and sup-port from recognised industry experts.

Within SSW2 alone, more than 1,200 Humber employees progressed onto further train-ing courses at higher levels or were trained to take on addi-tional responsibilities.

Across the partnership we offer more than 500 qualifi-cations, including delivery of short bespoke packages to meet the unique needs of the employer. Training, including NVQ Awards, certificates and diplomas, can be delivered in the workplace, but where this is not possible delivery can take place within a training organisation or online.
