WHAT WE DO…WHAT WE DO…

Your school is assigned a Transition Coordinator who

prepares a series of workshops for students who

qualify for the program. Each month students will

participate in fun and exciting workshops designed

to help the student transition from the high school

environment into an independent

lifestyle at work or in college.

Workshop topics include workplace

ethics, resume development, college

resources, and many more! Students

are awarded $250 and some other

incentives upon successful

completion of the program.

The recruitment and enrollment process has

officially begun, and HCSTP wants you to be a part

of this exciting opportunity to earn money while

you learn skills needed to transition from high

school to the next phase of life. This federally

funded program has gained notoriety

for, among other things, providing

students a cash incentive for

successfully completing the program.
