More of the same from Jaimie: Hello All!! Hope all is well! Please be aware that we have bowling groups scheduled as often

as we can until basketball season ends. We are doing our best to get as many people as we

can to go bowling, just please be patient. We had such a huge amount of interest that there

are 11 groups along with subs. IF YOU DID NOT TURN IN YOUR REC. RELEASE AND

EMERGENCY MED. FORM FOR 2018, YOU WILL NOT BE PARTICIPATING IN ACTIVI-

TIES OR BE ASKED TO DO REC. UNTIL YOU GET THOSE FORMS IN!

Attached, at the end of the newsletter, is a brief survey that we would like families and/or

individuals to complete in order to assist us in our strategic planning process. The survey

results are anonymous; however, if you would like to enter your name and contact infor-

mation in the last question, please feel free to do so. We are asking that you please com-

plete the survey and return it to Julie Tyler at HCBDD by February 9th. Thank you in
