Information from our Dallas office provides names of several Persons connected with Ruby and Oswald. +, contacted resident Agent Dallas about 1330 CST yesterday and said he had inforslation in rflRard assass;nation of President Kennedy. said he and one operated Dallas. About two weeks Jack Ruby/aka/Rubenstein and subject Oswald visited and wanted work done on microphones at Ruby Carousel Night Club, Dallas. On this occasion Ruby told Oswald to write names of and in Carousel guest book. ' did the requested mike work at the Carousel and were paid by Negro employee. The Senior Resident Agent at Dallas has taken to the FBI Dallas for further interrogation. Neither not has discussed above information with anyone else, according to +. POLICEMEN, OSWALD SHOT AND KW H) ONE POLICEMAN AND WAS CAPTURED BY THE
OTHER POLICEMAN. OSWALD WORKS IN THE BUILDING (TEXAS SCHOOL BOOK DEPOSITORY,
41114.ST., DALLAS) THE BUILDING FROM WHICH (6th FLOOR) THE Pals WAS SHOT.
FIVE PEOPLE HAVE IDENTIFIED OSWALD AS BEING IN THE BUILDING AT THE TIME
CF THE SHOOTING. THE RIFLE USED WAS FOUND ON A BACK STAIRWAY IN THIS
BUILDING. IT IS OF ITALIAN MANUFACTURE.
OSWALD WENT TO RUSSIA ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND TRIED TO RENOUNCE HIS U.S.
CITIZENSHIP. HE WAS DISCHARGED FRO1 THE USMC BECAUSE OF THIS TRIP. OSWALD
HAS A HALF BROTHER NAMED EDWARD J. PICK WHO IS SAID TO BE WILD AND CRAZY,

I. Reference (a) contained information on subject and advised that OSWALD is currently on inactive duty in the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve, attached to the Marine Air Reserve Training Command, U. S. Naval Air Station, Glenview, Illinois.
2. Enclosure (1) contains additional information on subject and is forwarded for information and any action deemed appropriate.
3. It is requested that the District Intelligence Office, Ninth Naval District be advised on any information of a counterintelligence nature that may become available on subject. It is also requested that the District Intelligence Office be advised of any change in subject's status, promotion or duty assignment.
4. The information forwarded herewith is sensitive in character, and its security must be preserved by carefully safeguarding its existence and source.
