of The Annual HBT Club Picnic Reservations a MUST! CALL 216 587-3773

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Music at 7:00 pm Dinner at 7:15 pm.

$14.00 each. Tickets are required for entry Kid’s dinner (under 12) $7.00 & under 4 FREE

Remember all reservations that aren’t cancelled by Wednesday, before the dinner, we get charged for any dinners not cancelled. Please help us keep costs down.

Presidents Corner

Greetings to all, Happy Father's Day to all of our Dads out there. It's hard to believe that our year is half way done. Pretty soon it will be the dog days of summer. I hope all will enjoy the warm weather because it sure beats the alternative. My thanks this month go to Carmen Matteo, a loyal member. Carmen regularly attends our monthly Birthday Dinners as well as many of our other social events . He has through his generous and caring ways made these events special by donating flowers, wine, and other gifts. Thanks Carmen. We are continuing to stay busy this month and the coming months. Hope you were able to join us for the big bucks raffle and the Pop Tarts a great time was had by all. The sellout crowd was treated to a great show by the ladies and fabulous dinner by our talented kitchen staff. Bravo! We will be kicking off June with the monthly Birthday Dinner, Chicken Paprikas is on this months menu. Hope you'll join us. And speaking of Chicken Paprikas, the annual Paprikas Open will be on Saturday, June 17. There are still a couple of foursomes left. And please remember there will not be a Birthday Dinner in July, due to the annual HBT Club Picnic at St. Sava's picnic grove on July 22nd. Please join us for a fun time. We are looking for members to step up and volunteer where possible in the planning or picnic staffing. We still are in need of any door prizes and or donations to help make this a great day. Our appreciation for any help or donations. Remember this is just the beginning of some great things on the horizon. Here's hoping that you have a great month! Your President Mike Costanzo

The last few months has been really hard on our membership with the loss of valuable members or members who have lost family. We continue to offer our continued condolences to the survivors.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls its that time of year again. Its Picnic Time! That right it is time for the Annual Hungarian Business and Tradesmen’s Club picnic. As always we will be having our old fashioned picnic at St. Sava’s Picnic Grove in Parma, Saturday July 22nd doors open 1:00pm until ?? Good food, cold beer, music , games and prizes.

Volunteers needed along with door prizes donations!

Grilled Burger, Hot Dogs, Szalona and Kolbasz

Stuffed Cabbage, Langos and other ethnic dishes!

Loads of door prizes and games for all ages.

The HBT Club suffered a huge loss last month. We by no means mean to trivialize any one members loss as being more important then another's. The Club lost a special man, Bob “Colonel” Thompson. Bob was nearly a 60 year member of The HBT Club going back to 1958 on Buckeye. His many contributions and his true dedication to the Club & pride in his Hungarian heritage were as apparent as the sun coming up each morning. Bob’s tireless efforts and drive will be missed. Rest in Peace Bob. God Bless the Colonel.

some much needed improve-

ments around the Club. Any-

one with tile experience or

with a contact in laminate

counter tops please advise.
