RECENT EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

SENIOR STEWARDESS 'M/Y PUMPKIN’ Mangusta 165.

Sept’14 - Oct’14. Having been invited by the Captain to work as a temporary replacement I was excited to work the remaining charter trips that finalised their season. - Shadowing the Chief Stewardess for two days allowed me to understand their personal visions and workload. - I quickly learned and enforced that communication within your team is vital, especially when you have an

over active yacht for both Private and Charter use, making your guest turnover very high and very fast. - Daily Duties included sole responsibility for Breakfast set up & Service while helping to maintain all cabins

and areas to a 5 star standard by detailing and cleaning. - Assumed the role of Deckhand during busy and leave periods. DECKHAND / STEW / MATE ‘M/Y LIBERTY CALL’, 72’ Princess.

May’13 - Sept’14 ‘Liberty Call’, a very active and well travelled private motor yacht. Employed for the whole calendar year, I was involved in all aspects of running the boat, from Stewardessing right through to winter maintenance. As a Yachtmaster Offshore, and only 2 members of crew, I fulfilled the role of Mate, Deckhand & Stewardess. - Although only 24M, she saw me running her alongside 2 Jet Skis, 2 Seabobs, a Williams jet tender and a 9M

Chase Rib, in addition to the owners two sports cars. - Guest trip durations varied from 1-3 months at a time which enabled us to still be sailing Mid December! - We covered in excess of 8000NM across the Mediterranean, between Gibraltar & Cyprus. - A lot of time was spent at anchor, and we would sail through the night on a regular basis due to the boss’ love

of falling asleep in one place, and awakening somewhere different. FREELANCE DECKHAND & WATCH KEEPER. Self Employed, Europe October’12 - April’13 Universal Maritime, a Yacht Delivery company based in Plymouth, UK, specialise in new and used boat deliveries across the world. - My employment here has enabled me to hone in on my versatility and experience due to the vast range of boats that I am exposed to. One day may be a 50ft Princess, whereby the next a 40M Sunseeker. This versatility enables me to recognise the routines and systems for these yachts which helps me perform well as a crew. - Areas of navigation include Gibraltar, Biscay, English Channel, Solent and Dover Straits making me no stranger to high density traffic areas. WAITRESS & BAR STAFF Cullins Yard Bar & Bistro , Dover, UK 2009 - April’13 Working for this ‘Dover Gem’ restaurant, I quickly refined my knowledge and skills for the restaurant trade. - My time management and working efficiency were honed within days. - Due to being a large capacitated restaurant, we were to be concise and polite despite the pressures that hung

over head. - My main attribute was having the ability to multitask and unconsciously repair other staff members mistakes or

orders. - Having worked closely alongside the manager, I soon understood his vision and routines which helped me

challenge my team leadership abilities by delegate and training newcomers to the standard required. whilst infusing motivation and knowledge within the team.

EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT Jumeirah Vittaveli Resort, Maldives April-August’12

Having resided and educated in Dubai, I was very aware of the luxury lifestyle and its 5* service. After originally applying for a Sales & Marketing position, I transferred to become their Executive P.A, whereby I actioned all of the below by having a proactive approach and keeping a high level of discretion and professionalism. - My duties entailed the norm of a PA by arranging travel & accommodation, screening all phone calls, emails

and mail, meeting & greeting guests on behalf of Management, organising & maintaining diaries and minute taking with swift dispatch.

- I also carried out background research of competition within the surrounding areas and reported findings with both managing and marketing teams whilst also preparing a full snagging inspection of all guest areas and villas with regards to maintenance, cleanliness and service.
