1 INTRODUCTION
1.1: TAKING CARE OF YOUR OBLIGATIONSHawthorn Leisure’s Maintenance and Service Plan will help in taking care of most of your compliance andstatutory obligations, for one simple fee, depending on the size of your pub.
The following pages of this guide will highlight those areas that are covered by Hawthorn Leisure. For details of how much it costs, see our Guide to Charges.
1.2: PUBLIC SAFETYHealth and Safety is always the Partner’s responsibility. You should notify Hawthorn Leisure of any repairs thatwe are required to make under the terms of your Agreement and take steps to minimise risk by using hazardtape, warning cones, signs etc.

2.1: TESTING AND COMPLIANCEParticular attention should be paid to these trade critical or legally required items.
Hathorn Leisure offers help with Health & Safety Compliance Testing which is designed specifically to ensurethat you are fully supported in the wide range of Health & Safety compliance issues relevant to your occupation and running of a licensed business. Services within the scheme include annual testing of gas, fixed wiring, emergency lighting, fire alarm installations and lifting equipment.
