The Event Services team at the Fargo-Moorhead Convention & Visitors Bureau offers years of experience and creative solutions to add that final sparkle to your professionally orchestrated event.
This guide illustrates just a few examples of the services that await you at no extra cost.
We are at your service to ensure that your Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo event is memorable for you and your attendees!
NEED SOMETHING SPECIAL?

We provide complimentary services based upon the number of attendees staying in Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo hotels during the nights of your event.
Meetings & ConventionsAttendees Badges Banners Signs Registration Assistance*
50 - 150 2 2 4 hours/day
150 - 300 3 4 6 hours/day
300 - 500 5 8 10 hours/day
500+ 7 10 12 hours/day
Contact your services manager 1 month prior to the event in order to coordinate deadlines for the service materials including name badge lists, logos, agendas and additional special requests.
If your event does not qualify, we may still be able to provide limited services. Just ask!

To relieve some onsite stress, our knowledgable CVB staff representatives are available to assist with onsite registration. Our staff member is there to supplement your event registration staff by producing new badges and correcting pre-printed badge errors. This staff member is also a travel ambassador and is able to answer any questions about our community. We are here to help, but we need your help too! Please have someone from your staff working alongside us.*Subject to staff availability. Contact your services manager one month prior to event to ensure staff availability.
As a special offer to citywide events, our travel ambassadors are available to staff a hospitality desk answering any and all questions about Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo.

We can arrange shuttle services for your event to transport your attendees around Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo. Provide us with the specifics and we will call the appropriate companies. We provide complimentary services based upon the number of sleeping rooms booked in Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo hotels during the nights of the event.
Each sporting event is evaluated on a case by case basis. Contact your services manager to discuss your banner, name badge, sign and on-site assistance qualifications.
COMPLIMENTARY SERVICESQualifying events can utilize our internally run housing bureau, Meetingmax. We will design a customized housing site to meet your needs. This service must be coordinated at the time of booking with our sales department.
