SENIOR PASTOR SEARCH COMMITTEE REPORT The Senior Pastor Search Committee will report on results from our church-wide survey and our listening sessions on Sunday, June 10, during the Sunday School hour from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. in the Family Life Center Gym. We will open and close this session with music from the Women’s Ensemble from the Choir, and the Well Praise Band. The session will serve to report out the major themes and trends that surfaced from the input sessions and survey. Many prayerfully participated, and we appreciate everyone’s candor and time. These themes have driven the Senior Pastor profile and what leadership competencies we're seeking in our next Senior Pastor. Please note the June 10 session will not be a discus-sion format, as that was the intent of the listening sessions. We look forward to sharing our findings and bringing you up to date.
