    Have the oxen stumbled?

Have we begin to think we can make it steadfast? Have we put our hand to that which is holy?

We do not work for God, we allow God to work through us.

Uzza tried to do the work of God, by laying his hand upon the ark to steady it when the oxen stumbled.

Trust in the LORD your GOD to be able to stead the ark in your life.

It is not by works of righteousness that we do, it is by the Finished Work of Jesus Christ (our ark) that the works of the enemy are defeated.

Today, be careful not to dwell in Perezuzza, (the breach of Uzza)..by thinking you can add anything to the ark of God. We must not touch any holy thing, lest we die. (Numbers 4:15)

What God has called clean, call thou not unclean.

What God has called holy, call thou not unholy.

There is a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof is death.

The ark ought to have been carried on the shoulders of the Levities and not on the oxen at all, but this one man, thinking to do right, laid his hand to the thing which was not his to do. For his own thoughts were perhaps noble, but he result was to anger God.

The moment we think to make ourselves righteous, we are like Uzzah, who thoughthe was doing right, but the end thereof was death, the same is true of us, we seperate ourselves from God. We anger God and receive to ourselves the punishmentof death. Spiritual death.

No one can add to or take away from the WORD of GOD.

Many today dwell in Perezuzzah. Perhaps the oxen were stuck and you wanted to help. Perhaps the cart shook and you laid your hand to the task of the appointedones. Perhaps you just did not think at all but simply reacted and reached outto quickly. The result is the same; death.

We must fight our momentary impulses. By one impulsive action, the whole procession can be stopped.

Have you ever been in a service where the Holy Ghost was flowing and then someone puts out their hand and stops it altogether?

Perhaps it was you that brought this sudden stop in the ceremony and joy of theministry. If so, then quickly repent and allow the Holy Spirit to flow again.

Impulsive behaviour and fearful feelings have stopped many a work of God.

Faith in the Soverign Power of God will steady the ark. Trust Him to bring yourfamily into revelation knowledge of His grace.

We do not need to thump people over the head with the Bible to gain them to Christ....we need only allow God to work through us.

In other words "keep your hands to your own labour"...mind your own business, and stay the course.
