The third owner of the house was a university student called
Joan who was studying medicine to be a doctor. He bought that house
in Lleida to live there. Before moving into the house, he had been
in France where he had fallen in love with a French girl.
Unfortunately, the girl had cheated him and Joan had killed her
because he had started to hate her. After he killed that girl, he
came back in Lleida and he started to live in his owner house.One
day at night, he was studying in his room. Suddenly he heard a
knock at the door. It was pouring with rain and there was a storm
so he wasnt able to see anyone clearly. While he was closing the
door, a ghost appeared in front of him. The boy and the ghost
started to look at each other and immediately the ghost attacked
him with a knife so the boy died. As he was dying, he heard the
voice of professor Karan saying This is the terrible curse that I
brought to his house.
