Hatteras Yachts to Debutthe New Hatteras 60GT this Fall!

The new Hatteras 60GT is the culmination 50 years of leadership in convertible design and propulsion development, combined

with the latest technological advances in materials and methods utilized in fiberglass construction.

This amazing addition to the Hatteras Fleet takes its exterior design cues from the current 60 Convertible, but a newly redesigned cockpit and a touch of panache added to the overall design give this 60 a unique style of her own. The interior accommodations found in the 60GT are not only more spacious, but are designed with a level of sophistication not often found in a convertible. Larger window framing allows for better views, and beautifully combined wall coverings and exotic woods create a more open layout while continuing to provide a warm and luxurious environment.

But what is most noticeable about the 60GT is its performance. When Hatteras first launched the current 60 Convertible it offered an optional “GT Tournament Edition” package. This upgrade included larger engines and additional weight savings to create a 40+ knot boat that took the industry by storm and remained a strong seller even in the worst of economic times.
