Chief Engineer / RGTPP, HPGCL, Khedar, Hisar invites sealed
tenders in two parts for the following works at 2x600 MW RGTPP,
HPGCL, Khedar,Hisar on Annual Maintenance Contract basis.
Tender Details:
Description of work : 2X600 MW (M/s Shanghai Electric
Corporation, China make), RGTPP, HPGCL, Khedar, Hisar AMC of TG
& its
auxiliaries for Unit-I & Unit-II
Pre-Qualifying Requirement:-
1. The contractors/Firms have to submit documentary evidence in
support of indicating tenderers qualification that the firm has
carried outmaintenance works on AMC basis of TG & its
auxiliaries successfully in any Thermal Power Station having Units
of 210/250 MW or more in repeatorders during last 3 years valuing
not less than 25 lacs for a single order.OrShould have done one
capital over hauling in any Govt. undertaking/ PSU of TG & its
auxiliaries successfully in any Thermal Power Station havingUnits
of 210/250 MW or more during last 3 years valuing not less than
25Lacs in a single order.OrShould have done Erection/Commissioning
of TG & its auxiliaries successfully in any thermal Power
Station having Units of 210/250 MW or more.2. The firm shall
produce attested copies of work orders executed by them along with
completion certificate / repeat orders in support of their
claim.
3.The contractor should have Service Tax No., EPF Account No.
& PAN No.Cost of tender document:
Rs.1132/- (non refundable) in cash at the counter or through DD
in favour of Sr. A.O., RGTPP, HPGCL,Khedar, Hisar payable on any
scheduled
bank at Hisar.
1.Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 1,30,000/- shall be deposited
through crossed Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Sr. A.O.,
RGTPP,
HPGCL,Khedar, Hisar payable on State Bank of Patiala or any
other scheduled bank at Hisar.
2. Last Date of issue/sale of tender
documents_10.12.2013______up to 17.00 Hrs.
3. Last Date of submission of tenders:___12.12.2013______up to
13.00 Hrs.
4. Due Date of Opening of tender:___12.12.2013_______ at 15.30
Hrs.
5. Tender documents along with qualifying requirements can be
seen and downloaded from HPGCLs website www.hpgcl.gov.in.
6. Tender documents can be purchased from the office of
Executive Engineer/TGM-II, (Mobile.-9315164617) RGTPP, Khedar,
Hisar on payment
of its cost on any working day.
7. The bidder shall submit a separate demand draft towards cost
of tender documents along with Part-I offer in case of use of
downloaded
tender set.
8. Telegraphic tender will not be accepted.
9. Negotiations, if required, would be held only with the L-1
bidders.
10. Chief Engineer/RGTPP, HPGCL, Khedar, Hisar reserves the
right to accept/cancel any or all tenders without assigning any
reason
whatsoever.
