engagement achieved within the candidates’

The candidates will be coached in the art of

maximising their strengths as a female

leader, as well as how to overcome

A prime focus will be: to build self confidence,

develop personal and business goals, and to

create and execute strategic plans in building

self-confidence.

THE 12 MONTH

PROGRAMME

Meet senior leaders to understand their current assessment of the candidate and to set goals for the programme.

Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with Molly Harvey 6 week online Harvey Global leadership programme.

OWL Group work together throughout the year to benefit from mutual learning and networking.

At the end of the programme we will report back to senior management giving feedback on succession planning and future career development.
