    1991 to 1998: ARCO Exploration and Production Technology. Manager of Drilling &Completion Technology Group. Responsible for the development of the drilling,completion and related technologies to support the business units exploration anddevelopment activities within the Corporation. The group has developed the followingtechnologies: Ultra light weight cement for horizontal well, ARCO Cement Spacer for

    HPHT well, Coil Tubing Drilling Technology, Drilling with Casing Technology, DrillingComputer System, High Capacity Coil Tubing Retrievable ESP, Extended Reach DrillingTechnology and Pore Pressure Prediction with Seismic.In 1993, I served as Operation Manager for ARCO Shabwa in Yemen for six months totake over the development and start-up of an integrated oil field developed by Russian.

    1986 to 1991: ARCO Alaska Inc. Operation Superintendent for Flow Station three atPrudhoe Bay Unit with daily average production of 300 MBOPD, 400 MMCFGD and 70MBWPD with operating budget of $14MM per year. During that period, flow station hasdeveloped a comprehensive turn around plan allow us to cut the major turn around for thefacility from normal 14 days to 6 days, and extended the hot gas past inspection of the

    GE Frame 5 turbine from normal 15,000 hours to 18,000 hours and extended the majorover haul by additional 10,000 hours.

    1981 to 1986: ARCO South Texas District. Drilling Superintendent for offshore Gulf ofMexico. Manage the drilling and completion operation for 18 offshore rigs

    1980 to 1981: ARCO Mid-Continent District. Senior drilling Engineering responsible forthe preparation of well plan and drilling contract and served as released drillingsupervisor. During this period, I participated in the development the horizontal welldrilling technology.

    1976 to 1980: Maynard Exploration Ltd, Manager of Engineering and Operationsresponsible for the production operations of the gas process and compression facility and60 gas wells in Southern Alberta Canada.
