OUR MISSION

‘Leadership for a better world’ is as much the ethos

as the mission of Harrow International

School Bangkok, and is woven into the fabric

of our School’s life. Our innovative Leadership in Action (LiA) Programme is structured to develop

leadership attributes in six areas: Service, Charity, Teamwork, Creative Expression,

Leadership, and Challenge. These values are embedded

into all aspects of School life, to enable our students’

ability to influence their world for the better.

Involving students in service encourages

them to transform the natural tendency to serve oneself to serving others.

Community service is a fundamental aspect of our students’ education,

as they consider their place in the world, and their ability to improve

APPLYING KNOWLEDGE WITH COMPASSION

The human trait of possessiveness can be transformed to a desire

to share by involving students in charitable

activity. Additionally, we specialise in high quality

boarding; immersing children in our ethos promotes friendship, support for others,

and trusting and open interactions

with teachers.

Co-operation and collaboration emerge when students work

together towards common objectives. True to the tradition

of all the Schools in the Harrow Family, the House

System is at the heart of our students’ lives.

for others. Our ethos forms the core of our sporting philosophy,

which promotes giving one’s best and pursuing

excellence, whilst fostering self-confidence

and collegiality.
