12-2017 2 Bill Mitchell, Dax Alexander with Brown, Mitchell, Alexander Engineering and Dr. Susan Rees, Manager of the Mississippi Coastal Improvement Program for the Corps of Engineers, appeared before the Board to present plans, as on file with the Clerk of the Board, for a demonstration project to reduce sand blowing over Highway 90, consisting of template lowering of the beach with swell and excavation between Espy and Menge Avenues in Pass Christian. test site to measure efficiency of the demonstration project. MDOT, with the help of the County, will clear the highway on both sides as well as the medians to allow proper measurement of sand displacement during time frame of the project which should be completed by March 1, 2013.

These numbers include 111 misdemeanors and 98 females. Fifty-one persons are on the OTU program and 39 are slated to be transferred to a state facility. The inspection by the Justice Department went well, they will be back in six months to further evaluate the medical services provided by the new company. The Sheriff will make a full report at the next meeting.

[Supervisor Martin inquired whether the problem between a doctor's office insurance carrier and Memorial Hospital has been resolved. Supervisor Ladner stated that Memorial Hospital is in negotiation with said insurance companies. Supervisor Ladner suggested contacting Mr. Marchand for further information on a quick resolution to the current problem.]
