CTFA UI is an internal Amazon tool used by the catalog compliance team to check the S.O.P and Its regulation for a product to make the product live in Amazon.com. The tool is designed mainly to perform three scopes - Approval, Follow –Up & Ticketing. Approval allows the reviewer to check the S.O.P of a product and make the product Live or rejected. Follow-up allows the reviewer to raise a ticket requesting the vendor for an S.O.P. and various other details. Ticketing helps the reviewer to keep track of the request and follow-up the vendor requests.
