Location: Seaton is located between the ancient harbour of Axmouth and the white cliffs of Beer.

Its mile long beach, which is part of the Jurassic Coast, opens onto the waters of Lyme Bay. The town itself has many small shops, a local hospital, doctors surgeries, primary school, banks and building societies. Seaton is a popular resort for holiday makers, and boasts a wealth of activities including golf, tennis, bowls and sailing. The County town of Exeter, with its regional airport, is some twenty miles to the west, and the mainline rail link to London (Waterloo) is at Axminster, approximately seven miles distant.

Directions: From our Seaton office by foot: Turn left and proceed towards the seafront. Turn left

again into Harbour Road. Follow the road continuing straight past the roundabout and The Tors will be found on the left hand side.

The Property: The Tors is a substantial Victorian terrace house offering spacious and flexible

accommodation over three floors. The property is south facing and is set in an ideal location for the town centre and beach.

The current owners ran The Tors as a Guest House for many years but unfortunately had to cease trading due to ill health approximately three years ago. The property does therefore have the potential to be re-instated as a Guest House and has the necessary fire doors and a mains fire alarm system already in place. The property could also be a large family home. The current owners have had the exterior re-decorated and had the sofits, facias and gutters re-done as well. There is gas central heating throughout and it is majority uPVC double glazed.

The property has a number of period details which you would expect of a property of this era including high ceilings with ornate coving, decorative arch in the hallway etc and must be viewed internally to fully appreciate the potential of this very sizeable property.
