It is in the year 269 in the city of Rome. And it’s a very bad time for the first Christians.

Near the kings palace there is a small church.

Every day, the people of Rome young and old, rich and poor, secretly go to this church to listen to the Christian priest Valentine.

One day Claudius learns about it.

And Valentine is put in prison. In prison, he falls in love withhis guard’s blind daughter.

Valentine knows that on 14th of February he will die.

Early in the morning he sends the guard’s daughter a letter.
