Heat Reminder

As the weather gets colder

please ensure that the

thermostats are set at a

minimum temperature of

60 degrees. This minimum

temperature must be

maintained to prevent

pipes from freezing and

causing damage to your

apartment as well as

damage to other

apartments in the building.

Fitness Center

Take advantage of Honeywood’s Fitness Center.

It is fully equipped with treadmills, elliptical

machines, and a full body weight machine.

If you need a key stop by the

Honeywood Office. There is a $5.00 charge for

replacement keys.

Hours are 6:00am – 9:00pm Monday—Friday

and 8:00am—7pm on weekends.

Pets: Honeywood is pet friendly – breed and floor

restrictions apply. If you are thinking of getting a

pet here are the rules & regulations:

You will need to register your pet with the

Honeywood Office prior to obtaining the pet; it

must be 40-60 lbs, (depending on your apartment

location); you must live in a pet friendly building;

$375 security deposit, and $10 premium per month

per pet! Also, guest pets are not allowed. Residents

that have unauthorized pets in their apartment for

any length of time will be subject to a $200.00 fine.

Ingredients:

4oz - Cream Cheese 1/2 Cup - Sour Cream

Celery Seeds 1/4 Cup - Hot Sauce

2 Cups - Shredded Rotisserie Chicken

1Cup - Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream and hot sauce together.

Add shredded rotisserie chicken. Spread in small baking dish.

Sprinkle with celery seeds and shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20 min. or until bubbly.

Serve with celery, carrots and crackers
