Ingredients

• Zesty sausage: pork sausage marinated in fresh orange and lemon juice and zest with a sprinkle of sugar

• Chilli sausage: pork sausage coated in a hot chilli powder

• Sweet sausage: pork sausage marinated in Sesame seed oil, a touch of lemon juice, maple syrup and Soya sauce
