Happy is the PeoplePure in Heart

Happy are the poor in spirit.

Happy are those that mourn.

Happy are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Happy are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they

shall be satisfied.

Happy are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.

Happy are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

Mark 7:6-8 And he said to them, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, "'This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; (7) in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.' (8) You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men."

Psalm 86:11

Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.

1 Timothy 1:5

The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.

2 Timothy 2:22

So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure

heart.

1 Peter 1:22-23

Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere

brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, (23) since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the

living and abiding word of God;

Psalm 51:10

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and

renew a right spirit within me.

Psalm 24:3-4

Who shall ascend the hill of the LORD? And who shall stand in his holy place?

(4) He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what

is false and does not swear deceitfully.

Very few people in scriptures can say they saw God

Genesis 32:30 So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel, saying, "For I have seen God face to face, and yet my life has been delivered."
