Hi Everyone....
Hope all this separate time has not been driving you crazy!!!
We are gradually coming out and beginning to re-enter public life.

A big 'thank you' to Letty Lombardo and our sponsors for your support during this difficult time.
I know many of us are staying in touch by phone and email as well.
We are looking forward now as the gradual opening is taking place.
Some how we'll work things out...
Look forward to seeing you!

Notes from Madeline– June 2020
I was looking back at June of 2019. The Annual Garden Walk was at the beginning of the month. This year we are showing you pictures in our newsletter as well as on Facebook. The Keyport Garden Club is doing a Virtual Garden Walk this year on June 6th…check it out. In addition, we had our “new” Mayor Kennedy visit the Center at the end of the month in order for you to meet her over a delicious continental breakfast. Kudos to our Mayor for all the hard work to keep Keyport safe!
In the month of June there are two very special dates; June 14th is Flag Day and June 21st is Fathers Day.
In the United States, Flag Day is celebrated on June 14. It commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States on June 14, 1777 by resolution of the Second Continental Congress. The Unit-ed States Army also celebrates the U.S. Army birthday on this date; Congress adopted "the American continental army" after reaching a
consensus position in the Committee of the Whole on June 14, 1775.
Wishing all the fathers, father in laws, godfathers, grandfathers and great grandfathers a relaxing day. This is a good time to reflect on the times we have spent with our dads the lessons he taught us and can look back and perhaps ponder if he was right about some things. How do you think your dad would react to the current pandemic? If you can take the time to share a story with one
another and us. Whether you have the ability to share something on Facebook or send a story via email we can publish in our monthly newsletter that would be great!
You will be notified when the center opens with a friendly call/Facebook/Zoom!
Happy Flag Day/Fathers Day!
