Every year around this time we receive the evaluation of our customer service satisfaction surveys. The ECC consulted facilities have always placed well within these rankings in various areas of our services. There are hundreds of facilities that participate in these surveys. the residents and their families!” She

also let us know how much she “loves

the atmosphere here at Dyer and how

well we all work as a team!” Janielle

has been married to her husband

for 9 years and they have 4 beautiful

daughters.

Grasmere Place wants to acknowledge the hard work of our longtime volunteer Phillip Borja. Here at Grasmere Place, we do not get many volunteers for the type of psych population, but for Phillip Borja, this comes naturally to him. He truly enjoys coming to Grasmere at least 3 times a week showing the residents a great time and the residents enjoy his presence. Phillip wears many hats as a volunteer. He has been known to play our DJ during special events, spend time with residents by keeping them company when they have had a bad day or just want to remanence about their past. He has even organized Grasmere’s infamous Spade tournament that is held monthly. What he is better known as by our residents is “Magic Man”. Recently, he entertained residents with a wonderfully orchestrated magic show that residents and staff loved. Grasmere wants to thank and acknowledge Philip for his time, dedication and for bringing his joyful spirit each and every time he walks through the front doors of Grasmere Place to volunteer.

No words can express, no act of gratitude can relay, no gift can represent the dedication and compassion of Ernani Porter, Business Development Director at South Holland Manor Health and Rehab Center. For over 20 years, Ernani has dedicated her career to putting our seniors first in the long term care industry. She has spent the last 11 years at her current location in South Holland. When asking Ernani what drives her to stay in this industry? Ernani stated “There is a sense of accomplishment seeing patients discharge home successfully after a brief illness in the hospital”. South Holland Manor wants to thank you from the bottom of our heart for your dedication. You are not only a valued member of this team, but you are the necessary piece to the puzzle with the families you meet during the most unsure moments of placing a loved one. You give each and every one a sense of comfort during that most important first impression, when families are the most unsure. We hope you continue your longevity with us at South Holland Manor Health And Rehab Center with the most success.

March was an action packed month full of celebrations. First, Lemont Nursing and Rehab celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with raffling of an Irish Basket full of festive St. Patrick’s Day gear and beverages. Staff were all encouraged to wear green. Mixed in there was also Administrator’s Week and Social Work Month. Lemont Nursing and Rehab has some of the best social work staff. Our social workers are Jim, Lisa, and Jeanine. We are thankful to have them here! As always, Lemont Nursing and Rehab would like to thank all of our staff for their hard work and dedication.

“Longevity, Care and Compassion”Spring Mill Health Campus invited the community to tour our Assisted Living Community and enjoy a delicious pie of choice to go! We were excited to show off our luxurious accommodations, including our Deluxe Private Suites and Studio accommodations that were set-up for showcase! We offered delicious pies that included a choice of seven different assortments including Cherry, Blueberry, Pecan, Chocolate Cream, Boston Cream, Lemon Meringue, and Apple!
