Hope you find sense in these words, may be some of my thesises on this issues make you smile. But forasmuch as Happy Architecture without smiles. Thank you for your attention!

If we try to enumerate modern trends in architecture they will be the following: Green Architecture, Sustanible architecture ect. These trends are trying to make our life better at the expense of the conscious use of the resources. But why not go further wider and in a different way outline goals of architecture.May be in that way, we will be able to make our life not only better but also happier )))

To cut the long story short i have developed a formula of Happy Architecture:

So we take an ideas and freedom from our mind as a starting point before design something new and great.But at the same time we have awareness and responsibility for contemporary and future generations and weraise it to the third power (architectural studio, developer and final consumer - they are eventually have to be satisfied with the results and pari passu (Equally - lat. ) happy, in other words in the designall the three sides should be taken into account). From all above the listed we exact the root of consciousness. We should not forget that our ideas, our freedom of imagination, awareness and responosbility have to beunseparated associated with the understanding the benefits We also have to take into consideration that we are an integral part of the society, and we have to advance all the time, but we should also keep in mind all the resourses. By the resourses we mean not onlythe material resourses, but also human and emotional resoures, which are inseparable set of our life. And all the listed above are tend to infinity ∞. have no fear of perfection! ae!

RETAIL AND OFFICE CENTERDesigned - summer 2010 /Realisation - winter 2011 /role - ArchitectShopping center with office at dormitory area of the city designed as a part of growing infrastructure of neighbourhood unit. .5 storey buliding with parking area on the ground floor, 3 floors for the retail purpose,and the last 2 for the office area.
