Founded in 1997 by the Association of Visual Artists of Catalonia (AAVC).

Located in an 1800m2 converted factory, in Barcelona’s Poblenou district (22@)

Soon to be expanded to 3000 m². Hangar supports research, creation and

experimentation in the visual arts by offering a series of specialised services
