Open www.hangseng.com/business. Click “ LOGON to Hang Seng e-Banking ”, then select “ Business e-Banking “.

Click “ Register Now ” at th top-right corner of the logon screen.

Click " Register " to continue.

Business Banking Customer: Registration Letter, SMS Authentication Code and your Security Device.

MPF-only Customer: 2 Registration Letters and your Security Device.

Based on your account(s) with Hang Seng, you need the followings to register.

Follow the steps on screen and fill in the information.

If you cannot provide your SMS authentication code, please follow the instructions at the Note section to identify yourself. Please note that Primary and Secondary users have different identification method.

Fill in the account information and set up your Password Reset Questions and Password Reset Notification Email.

Follow the steps on screen. Set up the PIN for your Security Device, then generate and enter the 6-digit Security Code. Input the Serial Number at the back of the Security Device.

Click " Confirm and Submit the Instruction " to complete the registration.

Instruction completed.Now you can click " Log In Now " at the bottom of the page to start using Hang Seng Business e-Banking.
