The Royal Elephant Hotel and Conference Centre is hosting a monthly Handmade,
Organic & Whole foods market in the parking lot in front of the Zagora Grill Room
from 10am to 3pm (usually on the last Sunday of the month)
• Freshly Baked • Oils & Soaps • Plants
• Biltong • Fruit & Veg • etc
The purpose of the market is to host a free market, based on social gathering, sustainable lifestyle concepts and healthy living, for the residents living in Eldoraigne/Centurion - fed by the 4 main Primary and Secondary Schools & Housing Estates in the area surrounding the Royal Elephant Hotel and Conference Centre.
The focus of the market will be based on Organic and Handmade foodstuffs and products.

L AYO U T, S PAC E S & OT H E R R E Q U I R E M E N T S• The initial design for the layout of the market is set into 4 main areas:
(to be expanded as needed)
• Parking Lot (Section A, B and C)
• Larache (Indoor Art Space - 4 Slots)
• Stall sizes is approximately 1 and a half standard parking bays (about 9sqm - A
standard Gazebo Size, but we can give you up to 2 parking bays, or 18sqm - just
ask!)
• Portable toilets will be available at the furthest points in the parking area when
we expand that far, but initially the public toilets of the Hotel and Conference
area will be available for use
• The Restaurant (Zagora) and Bar (Oasis) will be available to patrons
Limitations:• We do not have Water or Electricity available for the stands • We will try to limit duplication of products sold on stands • You will need to manage you own Payment Systems • Sale of Alcohol or Tobacco is prohibited for exhibitors

• Setup is available on Sunday from 6am
• Stands are, for the time being, on a first come first served basis (except for kids
area and certain food areas) - Due to vendors not showing up, we cannot
allocate spaces, otherwise we will sit with open areas if somebody doesn’t show
up
• You can drop of your stock and then move your vehicle out
• From July, we would like to occupy the area in front of the ART Spaces as well.
Limitations:• no vehicle drop-off in the topmost area (the 80sqm Nomadik Tent
blocks the only acces road)

Please Note:We only supply a space and advertising for the event in the surrounding community and on our Social Media Networks. You are responsible for:
• Your own Gazebo • Your own Tables & Chairs • Your own Display Racks • Your own Product Storage • Your own Payment Systems (ATM is available inside the Hotel)
