Moisturizing Avocado Face Mask

• Ingredients:– 1 Ripe Avocado– 1 Egg White-room

temperature– 1 Tsp. Lemon juice

• Use for:– Soften and moisturize

skin

• Prepare:– Mix the ingredients well, avoid

clumps– Apply evenly on clean face, avoid

the eyes.– Let it dry for 30 minutes then

rinse with warm water

Honey and Banana face mask

• Ingredients:– Half banana– 2 tbsp. raw honey– ½ tsp. of cinnamon

• Use for:– Sooth dry, irritated skin.– Replenish skin during

winter time– Soften and moisturize skin

• Prepare:– Grind banana to a smooth

texture– Mix well with honey and

cinnamon– Apply on face for 30 minutes

then rinse with a facial cleanser.

Yogurt and Green Clay Mask• Ingredients:– ¼ cup of Greek yogurt– 1 tsp. Honey– 1 tsp. Green clay

powder

• Use for:– Soften and moisturize

skin

• Prepare:– Mix the ingredients well with a

spoon– Apply on clean face, avoid the

eyes.– Let it sit for 15 minutes then rinse

with warm water

Strawberry hair mask

• Use for:– Add glossy and shiny

to hair

• Prepare:– Blend the ingredients to a

smooth texture– Apply the mixture to damp hair– Leave for 5-10 minutes then

rinse well with warm water

Egg Hair Mask• Ingredients:– 1 Egg– 1 cup of milk– A squeeze of lemon– 2 tbsp. of olive oil

• Use for:– Provide Vitamin E– Promote long hair

growth

• Prepare:– Separate the egg yolks and beat

well– Add milk, lemon, and olive oil to

egg yolk and mix well– Massage well into scalp, then

rinse well with shampoo
