Boutiques and services

Historical architecture and the unique nature of the river valley create a place beyond comparison. There are several architecturally and historically significant sites located in the village. The architects include renowned figures such as Lars Sonck and C. L. Engel.

The village is surrounded by steep wooded slopes with rugged trees, leafy groves, and lakes of untouched natural beauty, inviting visitors to hike, fish, and pick berries and mushrooms. It is easy to get a feel for the local wilderness on the Tree Species Path and the Fiskars Nature Trail. Our reliable partners also organize a wide range of activities in Fiskars and its surroundings.

The uniqueness of Fiskars Village is highlighted by the range and high standard of the boutiques in the village. You can find products from highly regarded brands as well as unique design products. On the village main street, you can find jewelers’ creations, furniture, chocolate and textiles, among others. On your way to the upper village, you can sample some of the products from the local brewery and take a look at hand-make knives, leather products, and the wonderful world of straw. Fiskars Village has products for all the senses, and the high quality of the shops is a matter of pride. Visitors can also try their hand at a range of handicrafts by joining a workshop. As well as giving visitors a feel of everyday life as a handicraft worker, they can also make something genuinely useful under the supervision of a professional.
