Our 28-day dry cured beef is from 100% native breed Herefords that are traditionally farmed and chemical-free. The world-renowned Iberian black pigs, which freely roam the vast Dehesa plains of Extremadura, Spain feeding on a natural diet of acorns, provide for our special Iberico burgers.

To ensure maximum flavour we serve our burgers pink, all wrapped up in an artisan seeded brioche. Enjoy!
