Board Members
• at least one councillor of the local authority,• director of adult social services• director of children’s services• director of public health• representative of the Local Healthwatch • a representative of each relevant clinical commissioning
group, and such other persons, or representatives of such other persons, as the local authority thinks appropriate.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE
The Strategy will focus on supporting:
• Fewer people die from preventable ill health
• Reducing health inequalities across Hampshire
• Improving community based services so that fewer people need costly hospital and long term care
What next?
•Council Elections May 2
•Update HCC constitution to reflect new duties
•Deliver JHWS, update and informed by updated JSNA
•Quick wins but also - start to tackle the big issues
