• Designates our HMIS system as ETO Social Solutions

• Designates City of Springfield as HMIS Lead• Relationship between and responsibilities of the

• Requires creation of privacy, security, and quality plans

2013 Funding Round

• HUD will release Notice of Funding Availability• CoC will create and release a Request for Proposals• Proposals will be reviewed by a committee made

up of non-applicants• Projects chosen will be submitted by the CoC to

projects to determine whether they will be submitted for review
