local community. Hamlet Development provides finished building lots to Hamlet Homes

and to other builders in Utah.  

Hamlet Development was established in 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is a part of the

Hamlet group of companies that includes Hamlet Homes, Hamlet Development and a

commercial division of Hamlet Development.

GROWTH:

Hamlet Development Corporation has developed more than 4,400 lots for Hamlet Homes

and other builders.  

PRODUCT:

Hamlet Development designs lots for condominium/commercial, townhomes, twinhomes

and single-family homes for Hamlet Homes, as well as for a variety of other builders.  

CUSTOMERS:

In addition to Hamlet Homes, the company has provided lots for Ivory Homes, D.R.

Horton, Waldenwood Homes, Castle Homes, Design Builders, Dream Homes, Americraft

Homes, Westlake Homes, Prestige Homes, Canyon Homes, AltaVista, Sundance Homes,

Gold Medallion, McNee Ryan Homes, Cottage Homes, and Bach Homes.
