I amdoing realgood these days My recoveryhas beengoingwonderful. I have hadno problems at allsincemytransplant. I amtaking a lot of medications anti-rejection drugs etc.. There are a fewminorside effects but nothingserious SofarI have hadnot sign s of rejection either Praise the Lordforthat. TheLordhas really blessed myhealth We praise God for a new chance to livewhateverdaysHe givesme. I am keeping busywith rehab clinicdays inDallas and of course beinga new father.

Sheilaandour new littledaughter. Crystal are both doingjust great. We thank God for that miracle too. Iwasjustfeelinggood enough to be ableto get around again whenCrystalwas bom. She was bom on May 31 and weighed 5pounds 13once s and was 91 1/2inches long. Crystal was a month early but healthyand doing fine

I am sendingyou a couple of pictures. We were not sure ifyou wanted a picture of us or mein the hospitalbut wethought you could at least show them to the staff and they could see who they were praying for. We know thatpeople all round the world were praying for me. We sure thank you for helping get the word around about ourneeds .

visit was helpful in many ways as it provided anencouragemen t to th e team members. S ta cy w as a l so able tosee the work there first ha nd a nd therefore he will be more

informed about this field and work when recruitingfor it Stacy will be workingout ofSt. Louis Christian College and traveling to schools and campus ministries tohelp recruitfor Outreach InternationaTs current fields of service. Sheila an d 1 can hardly believe thai ii ha sbee n s ix months since my double lungtransplant. I am doing just great . Lastweek when I ha d my six month checkup,th e doc to r s aid tha t there wa s no problems

at all. My bronchoscopy went v ery w el lan d di d not show an y signs of infection,rejection, or any other p ro bl ems. T heys aid that even my bone dens i ty t es t cameback normal, whi ch t hey s aid was unusual .We just praise the Lord for a c lean bill ofhealth. On top of all of that, I feel wonderful. That felt good. I am exercising regularly every day an d spending about threehours each day taking medicat ions. Ofcourse that is a small thing an d th e Lordus es tha t to keep me going, so thank th eG o d f or m e d i c a t i o n s a n d t r ea tmen t s etc .We want to thank each one of you fo r yourfaithful prayers an d support which the Lordhas used to keep thefamily and I going strongan d serving Him. God has been truly blessingusthroughyou. THANK YOUfI

Shei la a n d I w e r e n o t able t o a tt en dth e missionary convention as we hadplanned. Sheila came down with b r o nchitis and some sinus problems tw odays before w e w ere to leave. I tookcare of Sheila and Crystal fo r the weekend. We were so glad that Sonja,Karen and Toai were able to go andt ake care of th ings there for us. Son,jadid a g rea t j ob of speak ing for me atth e missionary breakfast on Fridaymorning. Toai and Karen Nguyen are living up inBethel Missiouri where dad, m om , a ndSonja are. They are planning to returnto Southeast Asia in about one yearst ime. Lord willing. They hope to havepapers for Toai to be able to travel backand forth between here and there bythat time. They have also lost supportdue to their living link church redirecting funds to another missionary fromthe local congregation. Pray for themas they travel and speak.

Sonja is doing a great jo b as the U.S.A.director. She is working full time atthe office as secretary etc. Sonja is stilldoing some recruit ing too. She helpsw it h t he loca l c h ur ch t he re a t B e th e l

Dad and mom are also keeping busywith th e O.I. work and Bethe l Chr is t ian

Church. Da d is ministering at thechurch as well as keeping up with recruiting and training missionaries etc.
