ORGANIZATION OF MEETING AND SOCIAL PROGRAM Separate and joint meetings of Ex and Ed&R committees: Thursday, 7th September afternoon and Friday, 8th September morning; General meeting with elections: Friday, 8th September 2017 at 11.00 Opening ceremony: Friday, 8th September 2016 at 14.00 Dinner for participants: Saturday, 9th September at 20.00; Closure of the meeting: Sunday, 10th September at 14.00.
WORKSHOPS PROPOSAL SUBMISSION The IHA conference organizing committee solicits proposals for 2-‐hours workshops to be held in conjunction with the main conference. The purpose of a workshop is to provide an opportunity for participants from IHA and other related professionals to present and discuss novel ideas on current and emerging topics relevant to knowledge discovery and data mining. Workshops are scheduled for September 8th to 10th 2017. Description: Each workshop should be organized under a well-‐defined theme focusing on emerging research areas and challenging problems. Organizers have free controls on the format, style as well as building blocks of the workshop. Principles for pool work session (100 min): 2 persons to lead; 10 participants per group; 10 min to prepare, 10 min to enter the pool, 45 min in water, 15 min to exit and change; 20 min to wrap it up. Short description of workshop content (Background, Aims, Methods of delivery, expected results, max 500 words) to be sent to katja.groleger@ir-‐rs.si.

• 10 x 25 m, T 33˚C; 40 cm high edge of pool; 2 emergency exits; • few stairs to enter the pool and powered lifter to enter the water, • 2 changing rooms, additional place for participants with special needs; • 4 showers and 2 toilets; all accessible for persons on wheelchairs; several hair-‐
driers;
