Halle PelgerChief Operating Officer
Ms. Halle Pelger joined Community Properties of Ohio in January of 2015 and has worked in various capacities within the organization. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for the oversight and coordination of day-to-day operations of Property Management, Compliance, Maintenance, Marketing and Communications. She works closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to implement strategic business objectives and manage the overall operations of the organization. Prior to her promotion to Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Pelger served as Maintenance Manager, responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across multiple business teams, helping to build and grow a high-performing team. Prior to joining Community Properties of Ohio, she served as Chief of Staff to the Ohio Secretary of State, managing a large organization with a multi-million dollar budget, with responsibility for strategic planning and cost-effective implementation of goals and initiatives for a statewide office. She brings 10 years of government and political service, and holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Miami University.
