Hall Rental Agreement

The Renter ____________________________________, agrees to the
following conditions for the rental of the Hall of the Fraternal
Order of Eagles (F.O.E.), Big Walnut Aerie No. 3261, located at
1623 Brice Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068:
1. Hall Rental shall be $__________ per hour ___ 1/2 Hall (up to
100 people) ___ Entire Hall (100 to 200 people).
2. All Rentals subject to 3 hour minimum.
3. A rental deposit of $100 must be paid in order to reserve the
Hall and guarantee the date. Deposit will be forfeited and Hall
will be made available for rental to others if Balance is not paid
by Due Date.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE is $65 for 1/2 Hall or $85 for
Entire Hall.
5. BARTENDER FEE is: $20 per hour. An 18% gratuity will be added
to the total bar sales on open bars.
6. Absolutely no Beer, Liquor, or Wine will be allowed to be
brought into the hall from outside the building. No alcohol is
permitted to leave the building. [Renters initials] [________]
7. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will only be made with a thirty
(30) days prior notice. [________]
8. “LAST CALL” will be made at thirty (30) minutes prior to the
close of event. [________]
9. Absolutely no gambling allowed. [________]
10. Renter will be held responsible for any and all damages.

11. Subject to Hall availability, decorating may be done on the
day prior to rental event.• No permanent attaching of decorations
to the floor, walls or ceilings. Use push pins only.• No tape,
glue, staples, etc. Failure to remove decorations at close of event
will result in a reduction from or
forfeiture of Security Deposit.
12. No use of the kitchen facilities or walk-in is permitted.

13. The purpose of this rental will not be for any political
activity, or fundraiser thereof, or any money making purpose,
unless approved by the F.O.E. Board of Trustees. [________]

14. The Renter will ensure that all persons involved with
Renterʼs function will abide by the rules of Big Walnut Aerie No.
3261, Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.) and all state and local
laws. Specifically, no one under the age of twenty-one (21) is
permitted to consume any alcoholic beverages or the use of any
drugs in or on the Aerie premises permitted by anyone. No alcohol
is permitted to leave the building. The renter will be accountable
for all persons attending the renterʼs function.[______]
15. No Tobacco may be consumed inside the facility. You may
however, smoke outside the facility, in the side yard.

16. If the Renter hires any entertainment, they and their
equipment must be removed within thirty (30) minutes to the close
of the party. [________]
17. This contract is subject to the approval of the F.O.E. Board
of Trustees and may be revoked for reasons beyond the Aerieʼs
control of if the Renter falsifies or violates the contract.
18. Specific and Itemized Costs, including those for Special
Request, will be listed on the “Hall Rental Event Cost Breakdown”
and become part of this agreement.
