Don’t be fooledinto thinking allplant trailersare the same.Having spent15 years building commercial vehicle beavertail plantbodies, we have transferred our knowledge in to ourTrailers. Each is generally a one-off tailored tocustomer requirements however we have strived tooffer a basic range of trailers with all your basicrequirements built in.

We use only 4" high tensile I-beam for crossmembers,let into eyelet cutouts in the chassis for ultimatestrength coupled with flexibility. Instead of treatedsoftwood timber for the floor we will use only 50mmsawn Keruing hardwood. This is always fitted to thebeavertail section, since steel-tracked machines willnot safely climb smooth steel slopes.

Ramps on the 13T Trailer are generally sprung, andramps on the 18T Trailer are generally timbered andhydraulic. Push-down rear legs are built in to theramps, however rear hydraulic legs can be fitted.

Weatherproof lockable storage lockers come asstandard, as do LED lights and an LED rear flashingbeacon. Mudguard/spray suppression can be added,as too can drop-down sides, bucket storage framesand side impact rails, along with removable rear balewedges for conversion to a flat bed trailer.

Our new range of hydraulic lowering Low Loaders arethe perfect trailer for the transportation of wheeled andtracked medium plant and agricultural machinery.

All our trailers incorporate a hydraulic mechanism toraise and lower the axle, with jury struts incorporated.Mudguards and lights are integral as is hydraulicbraking.

We build our trailers with a full plant body style channelside rave incorporating chain bars and rope hooks.Lashing rings can be incorporated into both the sideraves and floor, and ramps can be supplied as either liftoff or fixed pivot on the body. Floors come as standardwith Durbar steel, however timber can be fitted onrequest.

Our Waste Bucket Grabsare built to last anddesigned to perform inthe waste re-handlingindustry.

All our bucketsare built fromheavy gaugesteel (6mm forthe WG1 and8mm for the WG2/3and 4) and have heavyduty toe plates fitted (20mm for the WG1 and 25mmfor the WG2/3 and 4).

Bolt-on reversible toe plates come as standard andthe main pivots have bushes fitted. The grab top caneither be one or two-piece construction and armouredhoses, ram protection, spill guards and check valvescan be fitted on request.

Hall Engineeringhave the ability tobuild bespoke SnowPlough Attachmentson to any tractor. Webuild a mountingframe utilising thetractor’s frontmountings and linkthis to a Snow Plough Headstock via pivoting lift arms.

A single-acting hydraulic ram lifts the plough up whennot in use, and lowers on to the pre-set castors usingthe float function on the tractor’s hydraulics. Thissystem is ultimately the best for Snow Ploughattachment as it keeps the Plough mounted close tothe tractor for increased manoeuvrability whilstremoving the need for costly front linkage assemblies.

The Plough can be quickly attached and removed andcan work on any tractor with a single hydraulic spool.

Big Bale Mover

Our Light Duty Boxes arebuilt to the same highstandard as our HeavyDuty Boxes but at a moreeconomical budget andare more suited to thegeneral smallholderwanting to carry lightergoods such as hay, straw,feed etc.

Incorporating both Cat 1and Cat 2 linkage pins,tipping mechanism,locking pin and sliding reardoor, these Boxes willprove a useful additionto any farm.

Our Yard Scrapers are a well built versatile implementdesigned for yard cleaning of slurry and other wastewith ease.

Designed as the ideal tool for moving, stacking andtransportation of large straw bales (especially quadrantsized), our Big Bale Mover has the capacity to cary upto 3 quadrant bales at once. Using our unique fold upback rests and fold down tines, this machine can bepacked away into a safe, compact format whentravelling on the highway and can be set up for work inseconds.

A really useful feature is the pivoting tine rail whichenables retraction of the tines from the bales by use ofthe loader crowd control, whilst the back rests hold thebales steady to avoidtipping over the stack.

Log Splitter

Our hydraulic Log Splitterswork effortlessly and quickly,saving time and money. Builtto fit on a Cat. 1, 3-pointlinkage or bigger, can also beused freestanding. Electric orpetrol power-packs alsosupplied for independencefrom a tractor. All our LogSplitters are fully CEcompliant and come withBoron steel blade, two-handed operation, serialnumber and operator’smanual.

Either a 2- or 4-way splittinghead is available on the LS2Splitter.

We can now offer a full rangeof static and fully legal roadtowable engine driven LogSplitters. We offer a choice ofHonda petrol or Lombardinidiesel electric start engines.Please give our sales team acall to discuss options.

Replacement Headstocks

Hall Engineering offer replacement headstocks both toOEM’s, dealers and end users. We work as thepreferred supplier to Dieci Telehandlers for the supplyof various patterns of headstock and can offer thisservice on other makes.

Hydraulic locking comes as standard and we can eitherwork from existing headstocks as patterns tomanufacture complete or modify your headstock.

Hall Engineering offer a bespoke Toolbar Adaptordesign and build service to enable you to pick upalternative makes of loader brackets with your loader.These range from skidsteers picking up Quickebrackets for example, to JCB 3cx's picking upManitou, the possibilities are endless.

We design all our adaptors in-house on our CADsystem, ensuring we optimise the best lift height,crowd and dump etc. Locking pins can be manual,quick release or hydraulic depending on budget.Please call us for a quote.

JCB Q Fit Fork Carrier

Our Big Bag Lifters offera well made and costeffective means ofmoving 600 and 1,000kgbags for any purpose.We only use 41/2” heavygauge round tubes withfully domed ends, unlikemany manufacturers who choose to use square boxsection which do not ideally pick up round bag loops.

A wedge stop ensures the bags will easily slip on tothe tubes but will not inadvertently slip off should theoperator tip forwards. The tube centres are matchedto the bags to avoid sway when moving.

All Big Bag Lifterscome complete withbrackets. SWLCertificates areavailable on request,subject to additionalcharge.
