• Hardware components– Single ½” input gas line– Regulator panel
0–100 psi I2C absolute pressure transducers
– Eight-channel rotameter panel 100–1000 sccm and 50–500 sccm
– Eight-channel gas flow sensor chassis 750 sccm and 400 sccm
– Eight output ¼” gas lines
