Carnival rides at Labor Day will continue to be free of charge and unrestricted in 2019. (dependent upon the safety restrictions related to child age/size of each ride)The following are NOT permitted on Capitol Grounds: Alcohol, Medical Marijuana, Drugs, Dogs, Personal Golf Carts or ATVs.Your attendance at the festival is permission to be photographed and/or filmed to be used in publications by Choctaw Nation.
