Editorial:All of the last eleven [11] charges that Queensland police have laid against me, over the last 12 years, have been concluded in my favour. That alone suggests that the Queensland police arecorrupt and have been targeting me. [I have not been charged by Qld police since Easter Monday, 2010. [However, they did continue with four charges that were pending at that time, against me until January, 2014, when they just dropped them; all four charges.]

The purpose of HaigReport is to strike at corruption in Queensland and Australia. How can we fight corruption? We have only one vote. The High Court has recognized that as the Australian Constitution has provision for democratic elections,then there exist a freedom of communication about government and political matters, so the population knows the facts on which to base their votes. The sunlight of the truth can sterilize the corrupt parasites.

Police rely upon defendants having lawyers. Defending clients is not the main aim of lawyers. Police, magistrates, judges and lawyers [and QCAT 'decision makers'] are part of the Queensland corruption 'industry'. A few higher court judges are not corrupt. You can be lucky.

I, without a lawyer, had a unanimous major win in the Qld Court of Appeal on 20th July, 2010, when the Court described a hearing of a charge against me in the Brisbane Magistrates Court [before magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich] as "egregious". I have no reticence in calling magistrate Walter Harvey Ehrich, CORRUPT. I have the irrefutable evidence that Qld police are corrupt, including their having committed armed robberies, assaults and batteries, but to show even greater corruption in the upper echelonsof the Qld police, Qld police will not investigate these crimes.

When the Qld public sector parasites know that I have been targeted by Qld police, they too are happy to act corruptly. I do not have space in this editorial to detail all this evidence but it is available on my associated website, HaigReport.com/. My [Russell Mathews']personal experience [16th April,1992] with this parasite'sdishonesty amounting toCRIMINAL perversion of thecourse of justice, has beensupported by the Qld's Court ofAppeal decision in Maher vAdult Guardian & Anor [2011]QCA 225 (11/3174)Chesterman and White JJA andPhilippides J 9 September 2011.In that case the Court of Appealfound that Clare Endicott hadengaged in apprehended biasand QCAT had engaged insecrecy surrounding her sittingon the biased appeal beforeEndicott. That was more thanfive years ago, and Endicott isstill there, in the QCAT portionof the Queensland corruptionsewer.

In 1990 I was set up by boguswritten complaints by femi-nazis to the Human Rights andEqual OpportunitiesCommission [HREOC] thenunder the direction of QuentinBryce. Clare Endicott, was theTown Agent for HREOC.

It went to a hearing in 1991,before another corrupt butdumb turkey Kevin O'Connor.HREOC prejudiced the hearingby giving O'Connor secretly,without my knowledge andwithout my seeing it, a “blackvinyl folder” of what theycalled “backgroundinformation” which was justfabricated allegations of wrongdoing by me. At the time Iwould have realized that thatwas unfair to me. When I wasstudying Admin Law in 1994,at The University of Qld, formy LLB, I discovered that that

secret written prejudicialmaterial, made the decision ofO'Connor [which of course wasadverse to me – their pre-determined result] was ultra-vires and void ab initio [ietotally unenforceable, as if itdid not exist].

I appealed that decision ofO'Connor to the Federal Court.It was set to be heard startingWednesday 22nd April, 1992.Friday 17th April, 1992 wasgood Friday. As a result,HREOC had to serve me withtheir court documents onThursday 16th April, 1992.

The documents were mainly theaffidavit of a John JosephArmstrong who as “counselassisting” O'Connor was a partyto the corruption beforeO'Connor. The affidavit wasthree pages but there wereabout 1,000 pages of annexuresto the affidavit. The “blackvinyl folder” which he called“background information” wasExhibit JJA3.

Had I been able to read theaffidavit and JJA3, I wouldhave seen how HREOC hadprejudiced the hearing coramO'Connor. I would havebrought that to the attention ofSpender J. [another corruptparasite] at the beginning of thehearing.

I should have had all of the fourdays of Easter and the Tuesdayto scrutinize that affidavit andbeen able to read the precisecontents of JJA3 including thebogus false allegations aboutme. Spender would have hadno option but to call the hearingcoram O'Connor as ultra viresand I would have won. Theydid not wish that to occur.

Clare Endicott rang me on theThursday, 16th April, 1992, withthe excuse that because theywere having troublephotocopying they would notbe able to serve me before 5pmthat day. I said I was preparedto remain late, [I lived on thepremises],. She was silent for awhile then spirited out, that Iwould not be served that daybut on Tuesday next, the daybefore the hearing was tocommence. Clare Endicott

later lied in writing the reasonthat I was not served on thatday. The reason she gave, asis typical for a feminazi whorefor law, was that I hadpurported that it wasinconvenient for me to beserved on the Thursday. Justconsider the logic of that. Ilodged the appeal. I reallywanted to know all I could ofwhat they had done, and whattheir case was.

The reason that these feminaziparasites wanted to serve melate, was to prevent myreading it to discover that thedecision maker Kevin PatrickO'Connon was given thefictitious fabricatedcomplaints against me, when Idid not know of them, and thathe made his decision basedupon them. That was theFEMINAZI WHORE FORLAW SET-UP. There wereover 1,000 pages in all theattachments to the affidavit.By legal precedence, thegiving to a decision maker ofprejudicial "evidence" in otherthan verbal, makes hisdecision void ab initio [voidand unenforciable from thebeginning and nothing canresurrect it]. Although, at thattime I did not know of thatlegal precedence, I would havebrought it to the attention ofthe judge, had I known of it.On the last or second last dayof the hearing, I did realizethat O'Connor had documentspresented to him, when thoseprejudicial documents wereunknown to me, and Imentioned it to Spender, whohesitated for a short time, butthen continued.

Importantly, Clare Endicottmade another major lie to mewhen she phoned me, and thatwas that I would not bedisadvantaged, as there wasnothing in the file that wasunknown to me. That wasalso a mammoth lie.

If you have this parasite, thisfeminazi whore for law, ClareEndicott, as a decision makerin your matter before QCAT,you can expect that theestablishment party will win,and you will lose.

When LOCAL COUNCILand GOVERNMENT'officials' target you, youhave a problem and it's allyours, When you tell thecommunity about yourproblem and how those“officials” could just asreadily target each memberof the community,individually, the problemtakes on a whole newdimension.

When you want thebullying over it does notstop. When the communitywants the bullying overthen it stops.

If officials are bullying you,then their boss, and theirboss’s boss wants thatbullying or at least permitsthat bullying.

The upper echelon of Publicsector parasites, are bulliesand tyrants. When theyknow that enough membersof the community know ofthat tyrant, that tyrant wantsto silence the publicity.Those outed tyrants knowthat their fellow seniortyrants will avoid dealingwith them as they are aliability to their fellowtyrannical bullies, who wanttheir bullying andfraudulent conduct keptsecret. Sometimes youhave to fight for justice.Those senior tyrants thenbully the officials whopicked on the wrong people.

There is a huge amount ofbullying from Governmentand Councils. 7. Councils sending out

inspectors to collectmoney for unregisteredpets and other excusesfor revenue raising,$28,000 for permissionto subdivide, $38,000for permission to builda home on your land,$75,000 for permissionto build an office,$1million for a 5000m2commercial building,$10,000 to build a smalldam. Massive amountsof what should beunnecessary in manycases red tape andengineers reports.

Trevor was told the stroke hit herin her brain stem and thus her brain couldn'tcommunicate with her body. Brain neuronsare known to rewire themselves after astroke so there is always a good chance of agood recovery.

Dr Sze Yan Sallyanne Chan, a member ofGeraldine Robertson's treating team atLogan Hospital had suggested to Trevorthat Geraldine would not recover but Trevorwanted her to be given a chance to recover.Logan hospital and the AnnastaciaPalaszczuk government did not. Trevor didnot agree to palliative care. GeraldineRobertson had given Trevor Croll anenduring power of attorney so he could actfor her and make decisions for her if shebecame disabled.

This is when it got much worse for theLabor Government and Logan Hospital. Itseems that Dr Sze Yan Sallyanne Chandecided to kill Geraldine by drugging her to

the eye balls thus disabling any chance ofrecovery. This killed her. That it wasdeliberate is what the actions and evidencesuggest. Logan hospital did not wantGeraldine to recover.Dr Sze Yan Sallyanne Chan, a member ofGeraldine Robertson's treating team atLogan Hospital, swore under oath that theinformation she provided to QCAT was trueto her knowledge and said Dr DavidRoberts (General Physician) hadapproached her to fill in a form "Report bymedical and related health professionals -Guardianship and Administration Act2000." In this form section 5.1 Dr Chanstates "Patient is unable to understand,retain, or communicate personal health caredecisions due to disability from the stroke".A stroke she later perjured was caused byher head being twisted damaging her brainstem causing a blood clot and stroke.

In Section 4.1 of that form Dr Chan saidGeraldine Robertson had previouspresentations for transient ischaemic attack(TIA) also known as micro stroke.Geraldine was not advised of this. Whenpeople get these they are put on bloodthinners to prevent a fatal outcome.Geraldine Robertson was never prescribedblood thinners or properly advised of hercondition.

For Trevor's enduring power of attorney tobe revoked it had to be shown that Trevorwould not act in Geraldine's best interests.

Dr Chan lied to QCAT thatGeraldine Robertson's head hadbeen twisted by her husband,damaging her brainstem andcausing a clot. Dr Chan said herhusband had been out of townfor a few days, indicating theviolent twisting of GeraldineRobertson's head had occurred,then her husband left, then hecame back and called anambulance and that he knewhow to do these things and whathe had done. Dr Chan alsoverballed Trevor Crollthroughout her report saying hesaid things that he did not say.The QCAT hearing happenedwithout Trevor's knowledge andwas a dirty underhandedmalicious attack on Trevor andGeraldine. It as a denial of dueprocess aka denial of naturalJustice and procedural fairness.

Dr Chan's mistake wasassuming Trevor had been "outof town for a few days". Infabricating their story of liesthey made a mistake. Trevorhad left, driving to Victoria onFriday morning the 22nd July2016 and had arrived back anddiscovered Geraldine in herdisabled state on Saturdayevening on the 30th July 2016.That is eight days later.

It was proven Trevor Crollcould not have murderedGeraldine Robertson. If the liestold to QCAT were believedthere is a murderer out therewho goes around to old ladieshomes and twists their necksdamaging their brain stem withsubsequent clotting then leavesthem crippled to die slowly. To put Geraldine Robertsondown the hospital needed herhusband's Power of attorney tobe revoked and lied that Trevor"will not act in her bestinterests". Trevor had obtainedan enduring power of attorneyfour years previously due toMagistrate HALL assistingRSPCA by declaring Geraldinementally unfit while she waspersonally and successfullyprosecuting RSPCA forstealing, lying in court, andfabricating evidence.

There had to be a 'justification'before the enduring power ofattorney given by GeraldineRobertson to her husband couldbe revoked by QCAT.
