– Being bossy, ordering people about, having the loudest voice;
– About position, privilege or power

Leadership is about character, service, initiative and influence.

– Lead by example : you are a good role model & influence others to do what is right
– Serve with humility: you take good care of your charges, help them and appreciate them
– Take initiative: you go the extra mile and make a difference to your class, CCA, school & community
– Work well with and inspire others: you rally your peers to work as a team & give of their best
