Checking Steps Instrument Solutions

1. Eyeball whether the cableconnectors are in position onthe computer display board.

Eyeballing1. Insert and connect inposition. If not, please go onwith step 2.

2. Eyeball whether the electriccurrent breaks between cableconnectors and programselecting board.

3. If electric current isbroken, change the programselecting board.

1. Check the S10 and ST1terminals on the program

selecting board, X4 and X7terminals on the power driveboard, and ST3 terminal onthe computer display board.

Eyeballing1. Insert and connect inposition. If not, please go onwith step 2.

2. Check whether the backconnecting points on theprogram selecting board arebroken; measure and testwhether the voltage betweenthe two ends of ST1 is 220 V.


2. If electric current isbroken, change the programselecting board. If the voltageis 220V, please go on withstep 3.

3. Check the whether the back

connecting points on thepower drive board X4 arebroken; measure and testwhether the voltage betweenX4-1 and X4-2 (or between J 3and J 1 on the power board) is220 V.


3. If electric current isbroken, change the power

drive board; if the weldingpoint is not broken and thevoltage between J 3 and J 1 isnot 220V, consider checkingwhether the wiring harnessis broken; if the voltage is220V, please go on with step4.

4. Measure and test thesilicon control diode(1S2) pin voltage relative to the earth onthe power drive board：the left

is 22V DC; the right is 5V DC.


4. If the voltage doesn’tcomply with the requirement,change power drive board; if it complies with therequirement, please go onwith step 5.

5. Measure and test X7-4 andX7-5 terminal relative to theX7-6 voltage：X7-4 is 22V DC;X 7-5 is 5V DC.


5. If the voltage doesn’tcomply with the requirement,change power drive board; if it complies with therequirement, please go onwith step 6.

requirement, please changecomputer display board.

Check whether the cable ispartly broken or whether thereis cracked, partly burnt oretched phenomenon of all

kinds of chips.

4Buttons donot work.

Breakdownof computerdisplayboard

Check by hand whether thebuttons are comfortable topress; check whether thecables around the buttons arebroken or partly burnt oretched, etc.

Change computer displayboard.

1 Check whether the door iswell closed.


2. Check whether the doorlock is well linked. Eyeballing If normal, go on with the nextstep.3. Check whether the doorlock is damaged.


If normal, go on with the nextstep.

5Err1 Alarm

Breakdownof computerdisplayboard.

or

Breakdownof powerdrive board.

4. Check whether the relevantwiring harness is broken.(esp. the connecting line fromcomputer display board topower drive board as well asthe lock cable. )


If normal, change computerdisplay board or power driveboard. Check which boardgoes wrong in an exchangingway. In case of Err1 Alarm,the quality computer displayboard and power drive boardare expected to be taken

before the user is served tomake it easy to check.1. Check whether thedrainage pump is blocked.


2. Check whether thedrainage pump is damaged.

MultimeterIf normal, go on with the nextstep.

3. Check whether thepressure switch hose orgas-collecting valve isblocked.

6 Err2 Alarm

The water isnot drainedcompletely(The waterswitch doesnot return tonormal.)

Temperaturesensorresistance isover 2Ω. 3. Check whether the relevant

1. Check whether the heatingelement is well linked.


2. Check whether the heatingelement is damaged.
