Stingray

-Attack- they attack by piercing it’s stinging barb into the unwanted organism. This barb can re-grow

-Weakness- Predators include many sharks and humans-Adaptation - they have been able to move from salt water to fresh

water -Defense is their barb which can sting predators and prey

Poison Dart Frog• Class: Amphibia• Scientific Name: Dendrobates azureus• Environment: Rain Forests• Scientific Facts:

-Weakness- sensitive to temperature changes-Attacking- Their poison can instantly kill predators and prey. This poison comes from them eating insects, which have eaten plants with the toxins. -Adaptations- bright colors, and it’s poison-Toxins help prevent fungi and bacteria from forming on the frog‘s moist skin.

-Adaptations- when swallowing underwater they have a fleshy "palatal" valve at the back of their throat to help prevent drowning.
