Recently Hisano and Shimizu pointed out that hadronic EDM experiments severely constrain CP violating squark generation mixing in SUSY models

null results of EDMs also constrain flavor violating parameters
We can probe SUSY GUT models with hadronic EDM experiments SU(5) SUSY GUTs with right-handed neutrinos:

More generic conclusion: we can probe physics of SUSY GUTs by investigating various phenomena involving quark and lepton flavor violation
