Mediterranean Haddock with
Chickpea Salad
50 Sea Cuisine™ Mediterranean Glazed Haddock Portions 4 x 798 ml cans Chickpeas, drained 4 English Cucumbers, diced 1.5 L Cherry Tomatoes, halved 2 Red Onions, finely chopped 500 ml Italian Salad Dressing 60 ml Parsley or Mint, fresh, chopped (optional)

Preparation:
1. Bake Sea Cuisine™ Mediterranean Glazed Haddock in preheated oven, according to package directions. 2. Combine all remaining ingredients in bowl. 3. Place cooked fish on top or beside chickpea salad.
