Who knew you could have a vineyard destination wedding so close to home?

Haak Vineyards and Winery, established in 2001, is family owned and operated.

Our outdoor chapel and reception pavilion is among our three acres of grape

vines on our 12 acre estate. The chapel was constructed and dedicated in 2009

to honor the 50th wedding anniversary of Gladys and Raymond Haak, the owners.

We specialize in outdoor vineyard weddings and/or receptions. All couples have

the opportunity to create their own unique vision as our venue is the perfect

canvas for the “Do It Yourself Bride and Groom”. Clients also have the choice of

procuring their own specialty vendors.

Our premier wedding rental package is custom designed as a result of our

culinary and event staff’s many years of experience in perfecting weddings. As

a result, Haak Vineyards and Winery was selected as a winner of the prestigious

Wedding Wire Bride’s Choice Awards® 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. This esteemed

annual award recognizes wedding professionals in the Wedding Wire Network

who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness and

professionalism. Our selection as a Bride’s Choice Award 2013, 2014, and 2015

winners were based on the positive experiences expressed by our past clients.

Bride’s Choice Awards® winners are determined solely based on reviews from

real newlyweds and their experiences. We received the Editor’s Choice Award two

years in a row. We continue to receive outstanding ratings, awards and

recognition for our excellent attention to detail and we recently received the 2016

All Star at the Bridal Extravaganza for Best Venue Destination. We were voted

Wedding Wires Couples’ Choice Award in 2016, which made four years running.

Again, another significant award totally based on votes from brides. We have also

received The Who’s Who award from The Bridal Extravaganza in 2013, 2014,

2015, 2016, and 2017. These awards put us along side of the best of the best

of wedding venues in the Houston Area!

Once you visit with our event team and chefs, we are sure you will realize that

this is the venue you have been dreaming of. We have perfected our wedding

service over many years to provide one “All Inclusive Premier Wedding Package”

to make the wedding planning and execution process simple and enjoyable for

our customers and our prices are extremely competitive!. Our Premier wedding

package is priced at $5975 for up to 60 guests and is available Sunday – Friday,

with Saturday weddings priced at $8175 for up to 90 guests. The price for

additional guests over the 60 and 90 minimums is $49.95/person. We can

accommodate up to 200+ guests in our vineyard setting and our pavilion is now

air-conditioned and heated for your comfort.

We challenge you to find a better venue and better package as our All

Inclusive Premier package includes the following:

✓ Facility Rental:

For weddings with 125 or more paid attendees:

o The wedding couple are our only event clients three hours before

and during the wedding. They, their family, guests and vendors will

be the only guest allowed on the property (excluding the tasting

room) and picnic grounds during this time. There will be no other

rental event functions in the pavilion and patio the day of the

wedding.

For weddings with 124 or less paid attendees:

o The wedding couple are our only clients three hours before and

during the wedding in the pavilion. They, their family, guests and

vendors will be the only guest allowed in the pavilion and

surrounding area during this time. There will be no other rentals

on the day of the wedding but the tasting room patio may be used

for other winery patrons.

✓ Award Winning Haak Vineyard & Winery – A beautiful vineyard, winery

and chapel setting for your wedding.

✓ Outstanding Food – Our Executive Chef and his staff have prepared

exquisite menu options that are sure to delight you and your guests.

✓ Wedding Day Property Access - Access to the property is 9 AM the day

of the wedding for the purpose of decorating, dressing, vendor set up and

photography.

✓ Photo Shoot Property Access - Access to the property during normal

business hours for bridal or engagement photo shoots (includes dressing

room).

✓ Rehearsal Day Property Access – Access to the property for a rehearsal

of 1.5 hours to be scheduled Monday through Friday in the weeks prior to

the wedding.

✓ Groom and Bridal Dressing Rooms - Complete with garment rack and

dressing mirror.

✓ Exquisite Linens –Linens for the reception guest seating, food service and

hospitality tables to include chair covers, sashes, tablecloths, napkins in

poplin, sateen, sheer, burlap or organza fabrics; extensive color selection

is available. Linen upgrades available (see below).

✓ Dishes – Haak Winery does not use anything disposable. Our premium

stoneware dishes and flatware are provided for guest services of appetizers,

reception meal and beverages.

✓ Wedding Cakes - Basic wedding cakes with one hour complimentary

decorating and cutting service are provided by professional wedding cake

contract service.

✓ Attendant and Serving Resources - Appropriate number of attendants

needed for set up of facility, general guest service of beverages, bussing

and facility clean up. This includes events and chef team management on

all shifts.

✓ Wine – Award winning Haak Wines discounted for the event served in real

stemmed wine glasses.

✓ All Inclusive Setup and Teardown Service – At Haak Winery, we take

care of all setup and tear down service. This sets us apart from many

other venues. Linens for chair, table, napkins and sashes are precisely

installed before the event and then removed at the end. Food is served

buffet style, tea and water is complimentary and is served at the table

along with all necessary dishware.

✓ Consultation – Twenty hours of consultation with your designated Haak

Winery Events Coordinator and two hours of consultation with the

Executive Chef.

✓ Food Tasting – A tasting of the menu options and cake flavors for the

wedding couple and up to two additional guests

✓ Security – One or two security officers (depending on the size of the

wedding) for the duration of ceremony and/or reception

For our clients to further enhance their wedding experience, we offer the

following items and services at reasonable add-on prices (taxes and gratuity are

additional):

Drinks:

• Champagne – At current prices (ask your Event Coordinator)

• Frozen wine based drinks - $10/serving

• Frozen Sangria Drinks - $10.00/serving

• Coffee Service served in china cups and accompanying saucers -

$1.50/serving (ea)

• Canned soft drinks - $ 1.00/serving (ea)

• Bottled water - $1.00/serving (ea)

• Ability to serve beer in keg - $250 for 4 hour rental period, $300 for a

5 hour rental

One additional hour for ceremony or reception - $250

Plated dinner service (buffet is standard) - $7/guest

Decorating Assistance - $150 first hour, $100 for each hour thereafter

Additional Cake Decoration Time - $30/hour

Arrival prior to 9am the day of the event - $250

Ceremonial Wine (Premium Haak Madeira good for 100 years!) and Wine

Box autographed by winemaker $150

Additional Chef Consultation Hours - $40/hour

Linen Upgrades:

• Premium – Add $6.50/person

• Ultra – Add $10.50/person

S’mores Bar – Varies by selection

Chef Prepared Appetizers – Varies by selection

Desserts – Varies by selection

Bridal and Groom’s Dressing Room Lunch or Appetizer Trays – Varies by
