We offer a Rent-To-Own program that gives you theopportunity to have a storage facility in your own backyard.Plus, once the rental contract obligations are met, the shed is yours to keep!

A minimum deposit of 10% is required on order placement &balance is due on delivery. We accept cash, check, and allmajor credit cards. 3% fee on credit card purchases.

Low Monthly rates are comparable to self storage ratesper square feet. Only a security deposit and first month’srent is required to get started. Payments are based on24, 36, 48, & 60 months. Complete your contract anytime;no early pay-off penalties & no credit checks.

Our skilled drivers deliver your building exactly where youwant it with the most advanced building transporting systemavailable. Precise building placement with minimal damage

Customer is responsible for all site & site access preparations prior todelivery of shed. We recommend a level grade of either concrete orcompacted road pack/gravel. Alternately concrete blocks canbe used for a base. We supply wood shims for final leveling. All treelimbs, privacy fences, and other obstacles need to be removed prior to delivery. Call 811 for underground utility locations.

Customer is responsible for all building permits and compliance withlocal regulations as well as satisfying HOA guidelines.

Marten Portable Buildings, LLC is not responsible for permits, code restraints, and/or damage done to yard or personal property due to lackof access or unfavorable conditions. Free delivery includes the initial delivery attempt within 30 miles of any Marten location. Additional delivery attempts due to lack of preparation will incur charges.
